  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary, working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates.
  • Gathering customer feedback and making suggestions for improvements, using your insights to drive positive change and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Educational Qualifications:
