[Remote] 2026 ATS Technology Internship Program

They are offering a 12-week internship program designed to help students start their technology careers, providing hands-on experience in various roles such as Product Engineer, Digital Product Manager, and Service Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize software using modern tech stacks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation and root cause analysis
- Apply human-centered design thinking to ensure user-friendly outcomes
- Design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems
- Foster collaboration by demonstrating empathy and a passion for engineering excellence
- Advocate for consumer-first principles through design thinking and digital innovation
- Participate in key planning and development ceremonies (e.g., Discovery & Framings, Iteration Planning)
- Analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Identify creative solutions by leveraging new technologies and consumer trends
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes
- Analyze incidents and problems, following protocols to minimize disruptions
- Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing enhancements
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Apply customer-centric principles to understand and address customer needs
Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields
- Current sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Demonstrates learning agility and a willingness to embrace new challenges
- Desire to actively participate in development workshops and virtual programming events
