The fellowship offers a recent law school graduate the opportunity to gain experience in employment-based research, student advising, and program assistance while working closely with the Office of Career Success staff.

Skills
- J.D. from a Counsel-accredited law school is required
- The applicant must be a Class of 2025 graduate from a Counsel-accredited law school
- Candidates must have interest in higher education
- Candidates must be able to exercise independent judgment
- Candidates must be able to responsibly manage multiple projects
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Candidates must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
