Branch Support Analyst- Licensing and Controls (Strong Entry-Level Role) (HYBRID)

Equitable is a company committed to helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Branch Support Analyst will provide customer service support for branches, manage licensing and registration records, and assist with new hire processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records
  • Function as an information resource and quality control
  • Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs
  • Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates
  • Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Great organizational skills
  • Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed
  • Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred
