Redfin is a leading real estate brokerage seeking top-producing real estate agents to join their team. The role involves maximizing earnings through competitive commissions, leveraging Redfin's platform and technology, and providing excellent support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Responsibilities
- Join the ranks of Redfin’s top-producing real estate agents by joining an agent team or individually
- Maximize your earnings by plugging into the Redfin platform and nation’s #1 brokerage site
- Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business
- Manage your deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline using our proprietary CRM
- Get support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents
- Earn competitive commissions on the revenue of your closed deals, with no limits on the amount you can earn
- Unlock higher commissions through an in-year commission accelerator if you hit a specified sales volume threshold
- Earn a President’s Club trip to an international destination and qualify for stock grants

Skills
- Active and unrestricted real estate license
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
- You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
- You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
- You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
