They are seeking a Client Success Coordinator who will manage high-level service requests and coordinate destination logistics to ensure clients receive a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy
  • Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the client’s journey
  • Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy
