Implementation and Growth Associate
Meela Inc. is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company launching an AI tool designed to enhance the lives of older adults in senior living. The Implementation and Growth Associate will be responsible for training and onboarding the Meela product in senior living communities, while also supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring a smooth adoption process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead on-site and remote launch activities for Meela product and services in senior living communities
- Help residents understand the value and access Meela
- Educate staff and care teams on the value of Meela and how they can support residents and family members
- Collaborate with executive directors and community leadership to optimize adoption of Meela during initial and ongoing phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact during launches
- Track adoption metrics such as activation, utilization and resident satisfaction
- Flag issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Capture social media and promotional content to highlight Meela’s value
- Support additional launch or community needs as they come up

- Experience onboarding users or supporting implementations
- Experience creating short-form social content
