SALES ANALYST I
McCormick & Company is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, and they are seeking an entry level Sales Analyst I to join their Category Management team. The role involves providing in-depth reporting and analysis to drive category strategy and identify business opportunities using internal and external data.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing standard reports on an on-going (weekly/monthly) basis
- Develop and maintain business scorecards on key initiatives for the Division and Business Partners
- Support the Customer Level Business Planning Process by providing data and insight on distribution, merchandising, and promoted activity
- Technical expert on reporting systems
Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization
- Must be willing to travel several times per year and relocate if necessary
- Knowledge of McCormick and/or Internship
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- Experience in working with Syndicated/Scan Data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen), Retailer data (dunnhumby, 84.51)
