Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day client service requests
  • Process benefit enrollments and coverage changes
  • Support client renewals and open enrollment activities
  • Maintain client files and documentation
  • Prepare client materials and communications
  • Review benefit details for accuracy
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support compliance documentation and reporting
