Financial Services Representative - Thousand Oaks, CA
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, where you will have dedicated time for growth and career development. In this role, you will support customers by answering questions and managing their accounts over the phone, while also preparing for licensing exams to advance your career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity
- Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and build advanced skills
