[Remote] Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans
- Support the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and templates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is an advantage
