We are a fast-paced, customer-centric and quickly growing digital marketing start-up headquartered in Downtown Long Beach, CA. We serve the multi family rental space, by providing a full suite of digital marketing services to property ownership groups/companies. With a dynamic and synergistic team that strives to provide the best in class experience to all of our customers in 40+ states, here in the US, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to continue to drive adoption and value to secure client retention and revenue growth of our rapidly growing customer base. The key to success in this role is to communicate the value of our services and to connect the client's business objectives to the value. In addition to, this candidate must be excellent with follow through. We’re looking for a candidate who loves engaging with customers, being consultative, continuous learner and someone who is amazing at following through. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Key Responsibilities Support for CSMs ● Partner with your assigned CSM(s) to manage workload and task execution ● Log performance calls in Salesforce ● Pull and verify NinjaCat reports ● Submit cases for account updates, ad changes, and reporting requests Case & Workflow Management ● Manage and prioritize your daily Salesforce case queue ● Self-assign, update, and track tasks using Salesforce Chatter ● Follow SOPs and escalate urgent items as needed Contracts & Account Administration ● Assist in contract creation, edits, and quality reviews under direction from leadership ● Handle property changes, entity transitions, and cancellation/reactivation requests per SOP ● Respond promptly to assignments via Salesforce and Gchat Reporting & Data Support ● QA and deliver reports using NinjaCat and internal tools ● Use Salesforce Data Loader to bulk log calls across multiple properties ● Help investigate and resolve data discrepancies in reporting platforms Special Projects ● Lead or support internal initiatives such as documentation updates, system clean-ups, and automation projects Certifications ● Maintain current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video) ● Ensure certifications are connected to ApartmentSEO, LLC’s Skillshop account
  • WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Strong experience in driving customer success
  • Experience in a digital performance marketing environment
  • Mobile experience is a plus
  • Track record of increasing customer responsibility and account growth
  • Familiarity with fast growing startups + Passion for problem solving
  • Data driven and willingness to make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of discussing KPI’s with clients over virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong bias for action and ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong follow through processes to execute plans and timelines
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Power Point, Excel and virtual meeting software.
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
  • Experience and strong proficiency in training and education via WebEx software or equivalent as well as in person
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
  • Someone who can grow with the product life cycle
  • Self-starter and hardworking with a track record of success and drive for achievement

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
