About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will develop modern and innovative user experience designs that will enhance customer satisfaction and increase product usage. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that all stakeholders' needs are met through effective communication and workflow creation. Accountabilities Translate product briefs and requirements into detailed user flows, wireframes, and screens. Document current and desired workflows to support alignment across Product Management, Technical Product Management, and Engineering. Support usability and functionality improvements across both legacy and new product areas. Create clear, well-organized design deliverables for efficient handoff and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote work setting with evolving priorities. Balance user needs with technical and business constraints to deliver feasible design solutions. Create intuitive user interfaces that adhere to design patterns and reusable components. Partner with Developers and Product Managers on design system management within Figma. Proactively consider accessibility standards in every UX design. Work with product marketing to support in-product messaging assets. Execute work with minimal supervision, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness. Actively participate in training and knowledge sharing to expand role scope and responsibilities. Propose process improvements to enhance the overall UX/UI design. Support company values through positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Computer Science, Interactive Design or relevant professional experience. 5+ years of experience designing and building interactive prototypes and mockups. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or content delivery systems is highly desired. Ability to design complex systems with a focus on incremental improvements. Experience with Figma Design and component libraries like MUI. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Adaptability and comfort working within constraints. Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships. Proven communication skills across various audiences. Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively. Interest in continuous learning and problem-solving. Experience working in a fully remote team preferred.
