Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for managing data entry transactions, performing office clerical duties, and maintaining excellent communication with various departments. Key Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering daily work orders into systems
  • Assembling reports
  • Reconciling reports
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
  • Maintaining excellent communication with various departments
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Adhering to industry software and best practices
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Experience with industry software
  • Experience in recycling or a related field
  • Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands

As a remote employee, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
  • Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Schedule and Commute
