Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions, including addressing general product questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
  • Utilizing critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to resolve request/item/conveyance issues
  • Working as the liaison between clients, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Web-based Business Part Administration Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Past customer support experience (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Proficiency with writing (minimum writing speed of 30 wpm)

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer support, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues
  • Ability to demonstrate mastery and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bilingual capabilities (desired)
