Remote Escalations Customer Service Representative II Hourly rate $20.00 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test. Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am- 7 pm (last call) Mon- Fri. Summary: As an Escalations Customer Service Representative II, you will be supporting a team and our client's customers as an escalated point of contact for resolving customer questions concerning their accounts. What you will be doing: Be knowledgeable in Vector policies and procedures and guide delivery of excellent and accurate customer service. Handle escalated calls in a timely and professional manner ensuring that all customer cases are followed through to closure. Possess good writing skills and be able to communicate effectively to clearly convey status updates and report procedural issues. Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences.
