Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer feedback and complaints, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with merchants, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, or Customer Service).

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading a team or mentoring colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
