  • You must be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract.
  • You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
  • You must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • We hire U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems.
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently.
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma.
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
  • Familiarity with claims management systems or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
