This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a remote contractor, working on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

Job Overview

In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and setting up appointments with key decision-makers. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a set schedule of 30 hours per week, operating within normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a targeting list to make phone calls or send emails to potential key decision-makers for our Pure wick product, with the goal of setting up meetings with our National Account Managers.
  • Provide brief introductions of our product, highlighting its benefits and features, and demonstrate follow-up skills to ensure successful meeting setups.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including the Pure wick system, to effectively communicate with clients and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, national account managers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Use basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions to manage data, track progress, and generate reports as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, organizational skills, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to decision-makers, with a strong ability to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Word functions, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • US Citizens or Green Card holders only, due to contractual requirements.

  • Prior experience in the medical device industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales, or customer service, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
