DataSnipper is revolutionizing audit and finance through intelligent automation, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing Sales team in New York City. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, booking meetings for Account Executives, and building strong relationships to drive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospects that fit our ideal customer profile by using a mix of different tools like calling, e-mailing and LinkedIn
  • Book meetings for the Account Executives and closely work together on guiding our prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Become a DataSnipper product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities

Skills

  • At least 8 months of cold calling or general sales experience — you know how to own the phones and spark conversations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset ready to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing scale-up environment
  • A process-driven approach to sales that keeps you sharp, organized, and always closing
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — to connect, persuade, and influence
  • High energy and people skills with the drive to win and a positive, team-first attitude
  • The ability to credibly engage enterprise stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and position DataSnipper as the solution that matters
  • Full-cycle sales experience is a plus — but hunger to learn and grow is even better
