About the Role

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior GL Accountant, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, ensuring accurate reporting of working costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, and you will report directly to our Senior Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
• Be a key owner of the monthly close process for assigned regions and entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Maintain financial records for management and GAAP consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
• Assist in providing audit support to external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews
• Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite, or similar accounting software
