Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued American Express cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Assisting cardholders with account inquiries, billing questions, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Educating cardholders on American Express products, services, and benefits, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Investigating and resolving cardholder concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer relationship management system, maintaining a high level of data integrity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred, but not essential.
