The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will make all the difference. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, using your expertise to resolve issues and improve their overall experience
  • Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, always keeping their needs and concerns in mind
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure a positive and professional experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (but don't worry if not, we'll provide training and coaching to help you excel)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
