What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Treasury Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers through verbal and written communication, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions
  • Reviewing and processing tax forms and correspondence, accurately and efficiently
  • Handling extensive phone and computer work, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and problems effectively

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
  • One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level
  • Two years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 level
  • Three years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative E8 level
  • A secure and sufficient internet access with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, to ensure seamless remote work
