- One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level
- Two years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 level
- Three years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative E8 level
- A secure and sufficient internet access with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, to ensure seamless remote work
