Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions
- Completing a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success
- Working independently and adhering to provided instructions and guidelines
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Position Details
* Rate: $35 per hour
