Qualifications:
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules will be provided four weeks in advance)
- Willingness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods
- Experience working in a commission-based environment or sales role is a plus
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, communications, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
