Job Description

As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via social media platforms, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
