About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, who are experienced business coaches in various fields. You will work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms
  • Follow up with leads and close sales
  • Grow organic accounts and increase brand visibility
  • Reply to active leads and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with team members

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2), as well as a strong desire to work in sales and earn a stable income in USD. You will also need to have a fully working desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability is required, with a minimum of 8 hours per day and 2 hours on weekends.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development. Our compensation package includes:

Compensation Package

  • Training stage: $150-$300
  • After completing training, earnings will depend on hourly + commissions + bonuses, with average performance levels ranging from $600-$1,200 per month, good performance levels ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month, and excellent performance levels ranging from $2,000-$3,000+ per month
  • No limit on commissions
