The Role

As an arenaflex Patient Registration Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. You'll work closely with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to collect accurate and timely information, address concerns, and provide compassionate support. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical aptitude, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect patient information accurately and efficiently, using multiple screens and programs

  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a busy environment
  • Work across multiple programs, typing quickly and accurately to input patient details
  • Collaborate with clinicians to facilitate emergent clinical care and registration processes
  • Provide empathetic support to patients who may be ill, worried, or anxious
  • Build rapport with patients and their families, asking follow-up questions and addressing concerns in real-time
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, to assist patients with registration
  • Stay up-to-date with changing health plans and coverage, requiring knowledge through training

What You'll Need:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet
  • Strong technical skills, including typing and computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
