Job Summary

As a Remote Inbound Customer Support & Sales Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our inbound customer support and sales channels. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. With a strong focus on sales, you'll have the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell our products, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Use expert sales skills to up-sell and cross-sell arenaflex products that meet customers' needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role, within the last 3 years

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

  • Knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling and upselling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, with uncapped commission opportunities

  • Average OTE of £4,800 per annum
