What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Transaction Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the personalized experience they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers online and over the phone to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
• Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
• Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
• Working collaboratively with our team to meet goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
• Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
• A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of our Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
