As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a crucial role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX).

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and ML models for our attractions. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home. No prior experience is necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things arenaflex!

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML.

  • Lead and work with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
  • Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communication that leads to growing top-tier AI platforms.
  • Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
  • Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialized units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
  • Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.

Required Capabilities and Abilities

* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies.
  • Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
  • Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions.
  • Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions.

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience with Docker.

  • Experience with control frameworks.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development.
  • Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
  • Experience with audio analysis.
  • Experience with text analysis.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
