Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with order placement and tracking, resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, provide product information and recommendations, and upsell arenaflex products and services. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with order placement and tracking, including resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers, including upselling arenaflex products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, including new releases and updates
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You'll also need to be familiar with e-commerce platforms and have previous customer service experience, although this is not essential. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
