Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Maintaining high call productivity and quality scores
  • Acquiring and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products
  • Furnishing prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs
  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrating abilities to cross-sell financial services and products
  • Adhering to and complying with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures and completing required training
  • Identifying and reporting suspicious activity

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
