Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
