Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Consulting with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements
  • Researching destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries
  • Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Staying updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
  • Meeting sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
  • Utilizing online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications
