Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging daily with potential new account leads and providing impeccable sales and customer service support to each individual
- Attending account management meetings throughout the weekdays and any scheduled conference calls assigned by the account you are working with
- Developing a deep understanding of the full cycle of sales, including prospecting, scheduling appointments, and closing deals
- Generating new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis
- Providing in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer account lead and being prepared to discuss cost/benefit analysis on the local competition
- Documenting and tracking various sales activity and trends within the region and the client account assigned as the Customer Service Associate
- Working collaboratively with a team to provide guidance and support on assigned accounts
Requirements
To succeed as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role with demonstrated success
