Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role is about more than just fulfilling and delivering customer orders – it's about putting smiles on customers' faces.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Essential Qualifications

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
