Job Summary

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents with precision and accuracy
  • Entering new SKUs and pricing in our system, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, ensuring that our records are always up-to-date and reliable
  • Uploading documents and backup records in our Salesforce system, ensuring that our data is secure and easily accessible
  • Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process to ensure timely payment and minimize debt
  • Reconciling Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors
  • Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar field

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Access
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
