Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism. A majority of the inbound calls are from members who are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work an 8-hour shift during our hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Input data accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer service
  • Provide a high level of customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism to all customers
  • Articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathize and understand the needs of the customer, providing personalized support and solutions

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings. You should be proficient in using Windows and MS Office, with excellent PC skills. Additionally, you should be able to empathize and understand the needs of the customer, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be compensated at a rate of $16.50 per hour, paid weekly.
