Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to lead our data analytics efforts and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, leading a team of analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a team of analysts to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading data analytics teams and driving business outcomes
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Hive, Looker)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
