With 20,000+ annual applicants, 100+ portfolio companies, and 600+ companies supported across programs, LvlUp combines a high-volume sourcing funnel with a structured ecosystem of operators and partners. Role Overview The Dealflow Partner Program is an elevated role within LvlUp’s venture scout ecosystem, designed for top operators who consistently source venture-grade, fundable startups. Unlike traditional scout models that compensate only when a deal funds, Dealflow Partners receive a predictable monthly stipend tied to clear, volume-based KPIs, while retaining full upside on funded deals. This program rewards consistency, improves signal quality, and builds long-term alignment between LvlUp, our partners, and the operators closest to founder networks. What You’ll Do Source and submit 10–40+ qualified startup opportunities per month (tier-dependent) Identify venture-grade founders across your network, community, or sector focus Submit complete deal packages (deck, founder context, traction summary) Maintain founder relationships and ensure consent for investor introductions Respond to follow-up diligence questions (context, nuance, positioning) Attend select LvlUp events and represent the ecosystem professionally Who You Are Required Strong founder/operator network or clear ecosystem access (communities, accelerators, universities, sector clusters) Ability to identify fundable early-stage companies with clear narratives and traction indicators Reliable communication and responsiveness Ability to consistently deliver complete submissions (not partial intros) High integrity: founder consent required, no recycled submissions Nice to Have Prior deals funded by LvlUp or partner funds Previous venture scout / angel / operator sourcing experience Repeatable sourcing motion (consistent pipeline vs. one-off intros) Compensation & Upside (Monthly) Tier 1 — Junior Dealflow Partner 10-24 qualified deals / month $100 / month Profile: consistent, reliable signal contributor Tier 2 — Senior Dealflow Partner 25–39 qualified deals / month $300 / month Profile: strong network operator with repeatable sourcing Tier 3 — Principal Dealflow Partner 40+ qualified deals / month $500 / month Profile: power partner with institutional-grade deal access Stackable upside (retained): Success-based fees on deals funded by LvlUp Partner fund referral compensation (where applicable) Bonuses for repeat founders or breakout portfolio companies Monthly stipends do not replace funded-deal compensation. What Counts as a “Qualified Deal” A submission is considered qualified if it meets LvlUp’s baseline investment criteria: Complete submission (deck, founder info, traction summary) Appropriate stage for LvlUp or partner funds Clear business model and investor narrative No duplicate or recycled submissions Founder consent for investor introduction LvlUp retains final discretion on qualification.
