Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:

  • Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship
  • Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, and providing technical support when navigating our website
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them and promoting customer loyalty
  • Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build trust and provide personalized support
  • Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy and ensuring the confidentiality of customer information

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms
  • To submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this position

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with a strong ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
