Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient phone inquiries with care, detail, and empathy, addressing their concerns and providing expert guidance on pharmacy benefits.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and support from your team to effectively answer patient calls and resolve issues.
- Document patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure seamless communication.
What You Should Have:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements for Working from Home:
