Job Description:

### Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their concerns and ensuring a seamless experience
• Utilize scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
• Route calls to appropriate departments and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Make outgoing calls to gather additional information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

### Work Environment:

• Remote position with a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, Central Time, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Must have existing high-speed internet access, a quiet noise-free home office space, and a dedicated workspace
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

### Education and Experience:

• Bilingual Spanish (fluency in both speaking and writing)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer navigation skills (ability to move between multiple windows and programs)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good data entry and typing skills (35+ WPM)
