The Role

As a Customer Service Tech Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert technical support assistance to end-users of our electronic lockboxes and access keys. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone, ensuring that end-users receive timely and effective solutions to their issues.

  • Utilize multi-tasking tools and screens to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner, minimizing call resolution times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication with end-users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a prompt and respectful manner.
  • Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and stored for future reference.
  • Apply established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience that exceeds expectations.

What We're Looking For:

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving.
