Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and thoughtful responses to their questions and concerns. Your role will involve:

  • Handling live chat, email, and text inquiries from customers
  • Providing top-notch customer support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Contract Length: Open-ended, no fixed term
  • Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours
  • Location: Fully remote; open worldwide but with a preference for candidates in the United States
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a laptop, tablet, or smartphone capable of managing social media and website chat functions + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Strong capacity to follow detailed instructions and processes + Minimum availability of 5 hours per week + A stable and reliable internet connection
