In Your Typical Day, You Will:
* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information.
- Discuss arenaflex customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
- Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
Qualifications:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- 6 months or more of call center experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Details:
* Hourly rate: $15.00 an hour.
- Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
- Must reside within 60 miles from office location.
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided.
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
- Hours of Operations: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am – 7pm; and Saturday 8am – 12pm.
- Work schedule after training will align with these business hours.
