In Your Typical Day, You Will:

* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

  • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information.
  • Discuss arenaflex customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
  • Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.

Qualifications:

* 6 months or more of customer service experience.

  • 6 months or more of call center experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Details:

* Hourly rate: $15.00 an hour.

  • Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
  • Must reside within 60 miles from office location.
  • Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided.
  • Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
  • Hours of Operations: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am – 7pm; and Saturday 8am – 12pm.
  • Work schedule after training will align with these business hours.
