The Role

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our websites and social media platforms. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting our products and services
  • Establish rapport quickly with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, social media, and email

  • Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex through innovative ideas and suggestions

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
