The Role

As an arenaflex Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat sessions on Facebook Messenger, addressing their inquiries and providing helpful responses. You'll undergo comprehensive training to get you up to speed with our processes and platforms, and you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively, committing to at least 5 hours of work per week.

Requirements:

* Reliable access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

  • Stable internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in English writing
  • No previous experience in live chat support is required as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
